We offer shipping services to select locations as specified on our website. Please ensure that your location is eligible for shipping before placing an order. International shipping is not available.

We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. However, please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Order processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or logistical issues. We are not responsible for any delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Return and Refund Policy

Damaged plant:

We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a dead plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a return or refund for damaged or defective items, we may request photographic evidence or additional information. We reserve the right to determine if the item is eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Replacement & refund:

Replacement due to customer change of mind or personal preference are generally not accepted, considering the perishable nature of plants. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion if plant is damaged. We may provide a refund or replacement  once provided enough proof. We reserve the right to decide whether to provide the refund or replacement.
